This procedure applies to the initial calibration, subsequent calibration and in-use inspection of X- and γ-radiation thermoluminescence dose measurement (device) systems for personal monitoring and environmental monitoring (hereinafter referred to as the system). The photon energy range is 15keV~3.0MeV. This procedure does not apply to the individual verification of X and γ radiation thermoluminescence dosimeters for personal monitoring and environmental monitoring. This procedure does not apply to devices for personal monitoring equipped with acral dosing agents, nor does it apply to the verification of devices measuring beta radiation, neutron radiation and cosmic ray radiation.
