- Scope
- This standard specifies the requirements for road transport permit IC cards, reading and writing equipment, keys and management systems. This standard applies to the design, manufacturing, issuance, management and application of road transport permit IC cards. When using electronic tags as electronic documents for road transport certificates, this standard can be implemented with reference to them.
