- This standard specifies the dimensions of tool holders with fastening screws (endmill chucks) and their fastening screws, and also gives the maximum diameter of the end face of the chuck. This collet is used for the transmission of flattened straight shank tools according to GB/T 6131.2. This part specifies two types of transmission: ——The collet with hole diameter d1≤20mm is used for transmission of single-cut flat straight shank tools. These knives can be made either single-ended or double-ended. ——The collet with hole diameter d1≥25mm is used to drive double-cut flat straight shank tools. These knives are only made as a single head.
