- Scope
- This standard gives suggestions and requirements for the operation action, displacement and position of the preferred operation method of the control mechanism installed on agricultural and forestry tractors and self-propelled machinery. This standard also gives the design guidelines for the control force of the hand and foot control mechanism under the corresponding displacement, frequency of use and position. This standard applies to typical operating mechanisms on tractors and self-propelled machinery driven by an upright operator. It does not apply to lawn and garden machinery and special forestry machinery as defined in ISO 6814.
