Scope

This standard specifies the test methods for the activity and heat resistance of natural gas first- and second-stage conversion catalysts. This standard applies to the first and second-stage natural gas conversion catalysts used in the synthesis of ammonia, methanol and hydrogen production equipment by adding water vapor to natural gas to produce hydrogen.
