Scope

This part specifies the technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage of high-hardness, high-strength chain bucket elevators used in the cement industry. This section applies to chain bucket elevators (hereinafter referred to as "elevators") used in the cement industry.
