- This standard specifies the main performance parameters, test conditions and performance evaluation methods of moving coil indicators for industrial process measurement and control systems. This standard applies to magnetoelectric system moving coil indicators for industrial process measurement and control systems, including direct acting and moving coil indicators with preamplifiers (hereinafter referred to as indicators). Additional technical requirements for use under special working conditions do not fall within the scope of this standard.
