- This standard specifies the packaging classification, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules and markings, transportation and storage of sewing machine heads, platens, frames and motors. This standard applies to the packaging of sewing machines whose outer packaging is double corrugated paper (hereinafter referred to as carton).
