- This standard specifies the design technical requirements for the dispatching automation part of the dispatching end of the power system dispatching automation system and related power plants (including hydropower plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants) and substations (including switching stations and DC converter stations). This standard applies to: Planning and design, feasibility study design, and preliminary design of power system dispatching automation systems at the provincial level and above. Engineering design of power system dispatch centers at provincial level and above. The relevant dispatching automation part design in the engineering design of newly built, renovated and expanded hydropower plants, thermal power plants, nuclear power plants and substations (including switch stations and DC converter stations) under the direct dispatch jurisdiction of the power system dispatch centers at the provincial level and above.
