Scope

This specification stipulates the requirements, quality assurance regulations and delivery preparations for Taian explosives. This specification applies to the manufacture and acceptance of Taian explosives obtained by esterifying pentaerythritol with concentrated nitric acid and recrystallizing with acetone.
