Scope: This standard column is the limit proposed for mining auxiliary winches from the aspects of physical performance and intended use. The specified safety requirements are applicable to the hazards generated at each stage of the machine life cycle specified in 3.11 of GB/T 15076.1-1995. This standard applies to drilling winches, dispatching winches, shunting winches, ore winches, column return winches, transport winches, endless rope winches, damper winches, pneumatic winches, swimming winches and belt brake mine hoisting winches, etc. Use auxiliary winch (hereinafter referred to as winch). This standard does not apply to auxiliary winches for transporting personnel.
