Scope

This standard specifies the sampling and sample preparation for systematic inspection of Gibberella zeae in imported and exported soybeans, rapeseeds and edible vegetable oils, as well as immunoaffinity column chromatography purification high-performance liquid chromatography and immunoaffinity column chromatography purification spectrophotometry. Method for determination of zearalenone in soybeans, rapeseed and edible vegetable oils for import and export.
