Scope
This section specifies the determination method for quantitative screening of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium and bromine in electronic and electrical products using wavelength dispersive X-ray fluorescence spectrometry. This section is applicable to the quantitative screening determination of lead, mercury, cadmium, chromium and bromine in electronic and electrical products. It covers all material types of electronic and electrical products such as polymers, metal products and electronic products. This standard is applicable to the concentration range of the elements to be measured as shown in Table 1.
