Scope

This standard specifies the test method for determining the elongation of wool textile fabrics under a certain load and the residual deformation (non-recovery elongation) caused by removing the load after stretching to a certain length within a specified time. This standard applies to wool woven fabrics and wool knitted fabrics with a certain degree of elasticity.
