Scope
The purpose of this standard is to standardize the test conditions, basic measurements and general test methods applicable to all fuel heating devices to confirm the technical requirements for their safety and performance. This part applies to all kinds of heating devices that use solid, liquid and gaseous fuels for heating. They mainly include various types of fuel heating devices used for smelting, heating, heat treatment, chemical reaction, etc., such as blast furnaces, steel rolling furnaces, Heat treatment furnace, kiln, reaction furnace, etc. This section does not apply to household, building and similar fuel heating appliances and heating facilities. This section should be used in conjunction with the specific safety and performance standards for fuel heating devices. When these standards are not applicable, they can be agreed between the manufacturer and the user. The test items given in this section are neither mandatory nor binding.
