- Scope
- This standard applies to DC motors powered by normal power or rectified power with a rated output of 1kw and above, except for motors covered by other IEC standards, such as IEC 60349. The purpose of this standard is to formulate test methods for testing the characteristic parameters of DC motors powered by ordinary power or rectified power. Any or all of the test items described in this standard shall not be understood as required for any specified motor. Specific tests shall be carried out by agreement between manufacturer and user.
