- This standard specifies the general safety technical requirements for organic waste gas purification devices in painting operations. It mainly includes five types of purification devices: activated carbon adsorption, catalytic combustion, activated carbon adsorption-catalytic combustion, thermal combustion, and liquid absorption. This standard applies to the design, manufacture, installation, acceptance, operation and maintenance of the above five types of organic waste gas purification devices for painting operations.
