- This standard specifies the inspection function and usage rules, design principles and tolerances, measuring length, other requirements, marking and packaging of rectangular spline gauges for rectangular splines centered on cylindrical shafts with small diameters. This standard is applicable to the rectangular spline gauge specified in GB/T 1144-2001 (the nominal diameter of the minor diameter is 11mm to 112mm, the nominal diameter of the major diameter is 14mm to 125mm, and the key width/keyway width is 3mm to 18mm). hereinafter referred to as the "Rule").
