Scope: This standard specifies the magnetization device, sampling, specimen, measuring device, measurement, determination of equivalent magnetic circuit length, and uncertainty of measurement results for measuring small single-piece samples of electrical steel sheets (strips) using a single-piece magnetic permeometer. wait. This standard stipulates that the AC magnetic performance parameters of small single-piece samples of electrical steel sheets (strips) are measured under the condition that the magnetic flux is a sinusoidal waveform. The applicable magnetic polarization intensity range: (1) Cold rolling without orientation (hot rolling ) Electrical steel sheet is 0.8T ~ 1.5T; (2) Cold-rolled oriented electrical steel sheet is 1.OT ~ 1.8T. This range can be broadened accordingly if the flux sinusoidal condition is guaranteed. This standard stipulates that the ambient temperature during measurement is 23 ℃ ± 5 ℃, and the relative humidity is less than 80%. This standard is applicable to the frequency range of AC magnetic performance measurement from 45Hz to 65H. The test results corresponding to this standard are equivalent to the test results of large single-piece specimens recommended in GB/T 13789.
