Scope

These regulations clarify the procedures for completion acceptance of petrochemical construction projects (hereinafter referred to as construction projects), the implementation of completion acceptance, and the requirements for acceptance documents. These regulations apply to the completion acceptance of construction projects such as new construction, renovation, expansion, and technical transformation.
