Scope

This part specifies the requirements for the design of UAV structure aeroelastic instability, and the principles to be followed in order to meet these requirements. This part applies to unmanned aerial vehicles with fixed wings and adjustable fixed wings: applicable to newly developed, improved, modified or repurposed unmanned aerial vehicles. This section does not apply to micro UAVs and UCAVs.
