Scope: This standard specifies the measurement method for gamma-ray cumulative dose effect of military electronic components. This standard is applicable to the experimental measurement of the total dose effect of ionizing radiation on military electronic components under the irradiation of 60Co source, and the accelerated test to simulate the total dose effect of ionizing radiation on devices under the irradiation of low dose rate. This standard does not apply to the measurement of pulse-type radiation effects. The measurement method established in this standard is a destructive measurement method.
