Scope

This standard specifies the basic requirements and test launch procedures for the strategic missile terminal guidance system (hereinafter referred to as the "terminal guidance system") to perform test launch tasks at the launch site. This standard applies to the test launch flight test of the terminal guidance system at the launch site. Joint training, random inspections, and combat training can also be implemented by reference.
