Scope: This part specifies the technical requirements for the 900/1800MHz TDMA digital cellular mobile communication system in the packet switching domain (hereinafter referred to as the PS domain) service switching point (SSP) equipment in the CAMEL3 stage, including SSP functions, interface procedures, signaling cooperation, Billing, maintenance, measurement, etc. The technical requirements refer to the technical requirements for SSP equipment when the SGSN equipment is directly upgraded to support the SSP function. This section applies to the service switching point (SSP) equipment of the PS domain in the CAMLE3 phase of the 900/1800MHZ TDMA digital cellular mobile communication network.
