Scope: This part specifies the technical requirements for service switching point (SSP) equipment in the circuit-switched domain of the 900/1800MHz TDMA CAMEL3 phase digital cellular mobile communication network (hereinafter referred to as the GSM/GPRS system CS domain), including the functions, interface procedures, and signaling of the SSP Cooperation, billing, maintenance, measurement, etc. The technical requirements refer to the technical requirements for the equipment when the MSC/VLR/GMSC equipment is directly upgraded to support the SSP function.
