- This standard specifies the index requirements for point-to-point short message interoperability service quality between operator networks and the test methods for these indicators, including the following aspects: between fixed networks and mobile networks, between fixed networks and fixed networks, and between mobile networks and mobile networks between. The fixed network side includes fixed terminal access and fixed wireless access. For fixed wireless access, this standard currently applies to PHS wireless phones, and other wireless access can refer to this standard.
