- This standard specifies the classification, requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and storage of random copolymer polypropylene (PP-R) special materials for hot and cold water piping systems. This standard applies to granular PP-R materials containing a certain amount of vinyl and special additives and colorants. The material can be used to manufacture pipes and fittings for hot and cold water piping systems.
