Scope
This standard is used to evaluate the corrosion tendency of diesel engine oil to various metals, especially lead and copper alloys commonly used in diesel engine cam followers and bearings. This standard uses the International System of Units (SI) units. This standard does not make recommendations on all safety issues related to use. Users should establish appropriate safety and protection measures and develop corresponding management systems before using this standard.
