- This standard specifies the requirements, test methods, inspection rules, marking, packaging, transportation and temporary maintenance of pollution-free food turtles. This standard applies to the living bodies of Chinese soft-shell turtle (Trionyx sinensis) and turtle (Chinemys reevesii). Other edible turtles and turtles can be followed accordingly.
