This standard specifies the quality and safety control of poultry slaughtering and processing plants that produce chicken, duck, goose and other pollution-free poultry meat and poultry by-products. Including site selection, layout and infrastructure, workshops, equipment and facilities, personnel, poultry for slaughter, health quarantine, marking, packaging, storage, transportation, and records. This standard applies to poultry slaughtering and processing plants such as chickens, ducks, and geese within the territory of the People's Republic of China.
