Scope

This standard specifies the dimensions, appearance, technical requirements, test methods, inspection rules, packaging, marking and quality certificates of glass-sealed iron-nickel-cobalt alloys 4J29 and 4J44 and porcelain-sealed alloys 4J33, 4J34 and 4J46. This standard is mainly applicable to iron-nickel-cobalt constant expansion sealing alloys for matching sealing with hard glass or ceramics on electrical components.
