- This standard specifies the classification and codes, dimensions, appearance, weight, technical requirements, testing and inspection, packaging, marking and quality certificates of spring steel and tool steel cold-rolled steel strips. This standard is applicable to the manufacture of springs, knives, tape rulers and other products, spring steel and tool steel cold-rolled steel strips with a rolling width less than 600mm.
