GB/T 20081.1-2006 Pneumatic fluid power - Compressed air pressure regulators and filter-regulators - Part 1: Main characteristics to be included in literature from suppliers and product-marking requirements (English Version)
This part of GB/T 20081 specifies the main characteristics of pressure reducing valves that should be included in business documents. This provision also applies to filter regulators. In addition, this part also specifies the product identification requirements for pressure reducing valves and filter pressure reducing valves. This section applies to pressure reducing valves with rated input pressure not exceeding 2.5MPa (25 bar) and output regulation pressure not exceeding 1.6MPa (16 bar), and for rated input and output pressures not exceeding 1.6MPa (16 bar) and used Filter regulator for mechanical decontamination. The pressure reducing valve and filter pressure reducing valve have a maximum operating temperature of 80°C and are suitable for structural materials such as light alloys (aluminum, etc.), die-cast zinc alloys, brass, steel, and plastics. The rated pressure should be the recommended pressure specified in GB/T 2346.
