Scope

This standard stipulates the series and basic parameters, technical requirements, safety requirements, tests, inspection rules, signs, packaging, transportation and storage of open rubber mixers (hereinafter referred to as open mixers). This standard applies to open mills for processing rubber, reclaimed rubber and plastics.
