Scope

This standard defines the operating method for multiplex PCR detection of Streptococcus suis type 2. This standard is applicable to the detection of Streptococcus suis and Streptococcus suis type 2 in pig swabs, enrichment cultures, suspected disease materials and pig tissue samples (porcine lymph nodes, tonsils, meat products, etc.).
