Scope

This standard specifies the method for measuring the travel speed of earth-moving machinery. This standard applies to tire-type and crawler-type earth-moving machinery. The determination methods specified in this standard can be applied to different situations. For each specific situation, the state of the machinery, such as fully loaded or unloaded, should be stated in the test report.
