- The additional colors specified in this part of GB 3033 are used together with the main color marking specified in GB 3033.1 to identify the media and (or) functions in the piping system of ships and offshore structures. Additional colors may be omitted if there is no need to distinguish a single primary color on board. This section does not apply to pipeline systems for conveying medical gases, industrial gases and goods. The listed media and/or functions are not defined in this section. Additional colors of this part and primary colors may be used simultaneously in drawings of piping systems.
