Scope

This guiding technical document specifies the technical requirements for wind farms to be connected to the power system. This guiding technical document is applicable to new or expanded wind farms connected to the transmission grid through transmission lines with a voltage level of 66KV and above. For wind farms connected to the distribution network through distribution lines, this guiding technical document can also be referred to.
