Scope
This specification covers a titanium alloy in the form of bars, wire, flash welded rings, and stock for flash welded rings. These products have been used typically for parts requiring strength up to 800 degrees F (427 degrees C) and which may be welded during fabrication, but usage is not limited to such applications.
