Scope
This part of GB/T 17626 specifies the equipment's immunity requirements, test methods and recommended test level range for unipolar surges (impacts) caused by switching and lightning transient overvoltage, and specifies different environments and installations. Several test levels in the state. The requirements set forth in this section apply to electrical and electronic equipment. The purpose of this section is to establish a common benchmark for evaluating the performance of electrical and electronic equipment when subjected to surges (shocks). This standard specifies a consistent test method for evaluating the immunity of equipment or systems to specified phenomena. Note: According to GB/Z18509-'2001, this part is the basic electromagnetic compatibility standard for use by various product committees. GB/Z 18509...-2001 also stipulates that the product committee is responsible for determining whether to apply this immunity test standard. If used, it should also be responsible for determining the appropriate test level and performance criteria. The National Technical Committee on Electromagnetic Compatibility Standardization and its sub-technical committees are willing to cooperate with product committees to evaluate the special immunity requirements of their products. This part specifies: ——the range of test levels; ——test equipment; ——test configuration; ——test procedures. The task of the laboratory test is to find out the response of the equipment to a surge (impulse) voltage with a certain harmful level generated by switching or lightning when operating under specified working conditions. This section does not test the high-voltage insulation capability of the equipment under test. This section does not consider the direct injection of lightning current from direct lightning strikes.
