- This standard specifies the test procedures and requirements for the start-up trial operation of the water pump of the reversible pumped storage unit. It is applicable to the start-up trial run test and handover of the reversible pumped-storage unit with a mixed-flow pump/turbine with a single unit capacity of 15MW and above. For acceptance, reversible units with a unit capacity of less than 15MW or other types of pumped storage units can refer to the implementation.
