Scope

This standard specifies the technical requirements, test methods and inspection rules for direct-reading/non-direct-reading capacitive pocket dosimeters. This standard applies to capacitive pocket dosimeters for measuring the cumulative dose of X and gamma radiation with energies ranging from 20keV to 3MeV. Vacuum chamber dosimeters can be used as reference.
