- Scope
- This standard specifies the method for the determination of copper content in rubber by atomic absorption spectrometry. This standard is applicable to raw rubber and rubber products with copper content above 1mg/kg. Samples with copper content lower than 1mg/kg can also be determined by adjusting the sample mass or test solution concentration. For samples with low copper content, the standard addition method can also be used for determination.
