Scope
This standard specifies the definition, technical requirements, analysis methods, inspection rules and marking, packaging, transportation and storage requirements of beer. This standard applies to carbon dioxide-containing, sparkling, low-alcohol fermented wine made from malt (including special malt), water as the main raw materials, adding hops (including hop products), and fermented by yeast.
