- 1.2.1 This standard applies to urban built-up areas. 1.2.2 This standard is applicable to the oil fume emission management of existing catering units, as well as the design, environmental impact assessment, completion acceptance of environmental protection facilities and oil fume emission management of newly established catering units; Staff canteens within operating units shall be implemented with reference to this standard. 1.2.3 This standard does not apply to residential fume emissions.
