Scope

The document applies to sedimentation cones according to Imhoff, made from glas or from plastics with or without outlet or outlet stopcock. Dimensions, designation, construction, adjustment, scale, max. permissible errors and marking are specified. Imhoff funnels or cones are used for the determination of sedimentable matter in water and waste water.
