This standard applies to portable electrical appliances with a rated frequency of 50 Hz only, 60 Hz only, or 50Hz to 60 Hz that are used with a grinding wheel specified in JIS R 6210 (Vitriphite grinding wheels) or JIS R 6212 (Resinoid grinding wheels). Dalai Noda (hereinafter referred to as Dalai Noda) is specified.
