This standard applies to plug-in connection devices specified in JIS C 0901 (Explosion-proof structure for electrical equipment for coal mines) that have a continuous rating of AC rated voltage of 600V or less and are used for connections between cabtire cables or between equipment and cabtire cables. This specification specifies explosion-proof plug-in connectors (hereinafter, plugs and plug holders are collectively referred to as connectors).
