This standard is a dental mandrel for use in medical treatment and techniques, in which a cutting device with a disc and wheel-shaped grinding tool attached to the tip of the shaft is attached to a straight or geared angle handpiece and its shaft rotates at the same time. (hereinafter referred to as mandrail).
