Scope

Part 1 of PHIGS, ISO/IEC 9592-1: 1989, provides a set of functions for supporting the input of graphical data. Part 1 is extended by Amendment 4 (Enhanced Input) to incorporate functionality which allows application definition of input device classes and provides for automatic processing of iinput data by the PHIGS implementation.
